Investigation into Stabbing Incident at 9900 Brooklet Drive
October 28, 2019 - Houston police are investigating the stabbing of a man at 9900 Brooklet Drive about 1 a.m. today.
The victim, Jose Portillo, 26, was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital in stable condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detectives A. Hernandez and G. Black reported:
Mr. Portillo and an unknown suspect, described only as a black female, were parked in his vehicle when they began arguing. During the argument, Portillo was stabbed in the chest. The female walked to a gas station at the corner of Bissonnet and Brooklet where a witness called for Houston Fire Department paramedics. The female then left the scene on foot.
