Investigation into Fatal Crash at 2000 West Little York Road
October 18, 2019 - Houston police have learned a woman critically injured in a crash at 2000 West Little York Road about 7:10 p.m. on September 29 has died.
The identity of the victim, 60, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. She was pronounced deceased at an area hospital on Wednesday (Oct. 17).
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant D. Arnold and North Patrol Division officers reported:
The driver of a black Ford Ranger failed to yield right of way while leaving a private drive at the above address when the vehicle was struck by a maroon Chevrolet Monte Carlo. The victim, a passenger in the Ford, was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital in critical condition. The driver of the Ford was also taken to a hospital for treatment.
