Investigation into Shooting at 8300 Canyon Street
October 7, 2019 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 8300 Canyon Street about 6:35 p.m. last Friday (Oct. 4).
The victim, 37, was transported to an area hospital in an unknown condition with a wound to the torso.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers A. Barker and M. Combs reported:
Witnesses stated the victim was at his apartment at the above address when he was shot by a known male suspect. The suspect and a second suspect then fled the scene. Paramedics arrived and transported the victim to an area hospital.
