UPDATE: Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 10920 Kinghurst
November 12, 2019 - A male found shot at 10920 Kinghurst Drive about 7:10 p.m on Thursday (November 7) has died from his wounds.
The victim, 14, was transported to an area hospital where, on Sunday (November 10), he was pronounced deceased. The victim's identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence and HPD Homicide Division Officers A. Barker, M. Combs, J. Caten and D. Higgs reported:
The victim was found inside a crashed vehicle that came to a stop in front of a business strip center at the above address. He had been shot at least one time. Paramedics transported the victim to a hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.
At this time, there are no known witnesses or suspect(s) in the shooting.
