Investigation into Fatal Crash at 100 West Tidwell
May 13, 2019 - Houston police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred at occurred at 100 West Tidewell about 12:05 a.m. on Saturday (May 11).
The female victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Her identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant D. Rodriguez and Officer M. Nicotra reported:
The victim, a pedestrian, was crossing the westbound lanes of the above address, not in a crosswalk, when she was struck by an unknown vehicle. The driver fled the scene and remains at large.
There were no witnesses to the crash.
