May 9, 2019 - Charges have been filed against three suspects arrested in the fatal shooting of a man at 9200 Main Street about 1:05 a.m. on April 16.  

The suspects, Steven Hicks (b/m, 18), Lakoreen Parker (b/m, 19) and Brent Williams (b/m, 18) are charged with capital murder in the 337th State District Court.  All three are accused in the killing of Se Young Lee, 59.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeants K. Meek, J. Horn and Detective J. Escobar reported:   

Three male suspects entered a gas station at the above address wearing masks, hoodies and gloves and attempted to rob the location.  Mr. Lee, an employee of the business, appeared to comply with the suspects' demands, but was shot multiple times.  Paramedics transported him to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.  The suspects then fled the scene.  Surveillance photos of the suspects were released to the public on April 16.  

Further investigation identified Hicks, Williams and Parker as the suspects in this case and all three were taken into custody on Wednesday (May 8) without incident.
