Investigation into Man's Death at 10855 Meadowglen Lane
March 28, 2019 - A man critically injured in an assault that occurred at 10855 Meadowglen Lane about 10:15 p.m. on March 20 has died from his injuries.
The victim, Brett Foley, 48, was transported to Memorial Herman Southwest Hospital in critical condition. Doctors pronounced him deceased on Wednesday (March 27).
HPD Homicide Division Detectives R. Pemberton and S. Spivey reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to an assault call at a condominium complex at the above address and found Mr. Foley unresponsive in the parking lot. He appeared to have been assaulted and suffered internal and external injuries. Paramedics responded to the scene and transported him to the hospital.
At this time, there is no known motive nor suspect(s).
