Investigation into Shooting Incident at 3100 McGowen
March 18, 2019 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man that occurred at 3100 McGowen Street about 7:30 p.m. on Saturday (March 16).
The victim, Tedrick Hogan, 17, suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was transported to an area hospital in an unknown condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detectives M. combs and A. Barker reported:
Mr. Hogan was shot by an unknown suspect while on the bike trails at the above address. As Hogan ran eastbound on McGowen Street, the suspect continued to shoot him before fleeing. Hogan ran to the 3200 block of McGowen Street where witnesses called for a Houston Fire Department ambulance and HPD officers to respond.
