Investigation into 12601 South Green Drive
March 14, 2019 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man that occurred at 12601 South Green Drive about 2:45 a.m. today (March 14).
The identity of the male victim is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Holbrook and Detective J. Roscoe reported:
A witness heard a gunshot in the parking lot of the Magnolia Grove apartment complex at the above address. When the witness investigated the sound, he found the victim lying in the grass near the front entrance of the complex. The victim was transported to Southeast Memorial Hermann Hospital where he was pronounced dead. At this time there is no known suspect (s) nor motive.
