Mosis Willett is a long-term City employee who had worked primarily in the Benefits division of Human Resources Department (HRD). He is currently assigned to the Organizational Development & Auxiliary Services section of HRD where he provides technical support and education on the Houston Employee Assessment and Review (HEAR) process at the Learning & Development Center.
