Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 2107 Linden Creek
January 24, 2019 - Houston police are investigating the apparent accidental shooting of a juvenile male that occurred at 2107 Linden Creek about 2:50 pm. on Saturday (January 19).
The identity of the victim, 13, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives M. Arrington and L. Patterson reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at the above address and found the victim had been shot in the head. He was transported by HFD paramedics to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
No charges have been filed at this time, as the investigation is continuing.
