Investigation into Shooting Incident at 4500 Cook
January 9, 2019 - Houston police are investigation the shooting of a woman that occurred at 4500 Cook about 6 p.m. on Tuesday (January 8).
The victim, Ovion Flint, 19, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detectives A. Le and S. Laird reported:
Ms. Flint and a friend were driving at the above address when someone in a black car shot at them, striking Flint. Both Flint and her friend then ran toward a nearby school for help. The suspect fled the scene.
