Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 9920 Nathaniel Street
January 2, 2019 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 9920 Nathaniel Street about 6:40 p.m. on Tuesday (January 1).
The identity of the victim, believed to be in his mid to late 30s, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives R. Moss and D. Higgs reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at an apartment complex parking lot the above address and found the victim had been shot. He was transported by HFD paramedics to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
Further investigation determined the victim had an argument with an unknown male just prior to the shooting.
