Investigation into Shooting at 5634 Royal Palms Street
December 30, 2019 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 5634 Royal Palms Street about 12:20 a.m. on Sunday (Dec. 29).
The victim, Jhon Glover, 23, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detectives G. Black and A. Ferrell reported:
Mr. Glover went to a parking lot at the above address to meet some friends. After the friends left, Glover was in his vehicle texting an unknown female when an unknown person started shooting at Glover's vehicle. He was struck at least twice, got out of the vehicle and then fled on foot. Paramedics transported Glover to an area hospital.
At this time, there is no known suspect or motive in the shooting.
