Investigation into Fatal Crash at 12100 Westheimer Road
December 23, 2019 - Houston police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred at 12100 Westheimer Road about 3:35 p.m. last Friday (December 20).
The identity of the male victim, 29, is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant F. Briones and Officer M. Mathews reported:
The victim, a pedestrian, attempted to cross Westheimer Road at the intersection of Gray Falls, against traffic. The drivers of a silver Infiniti QX56 and black Nissan Maxima both had a green light and struck the victim. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead. Both drivers remained at the scene, were questioned and released.
