Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 2501 Westridge Street
September 26, 2018 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 2501 Westridge Street about 10:45 p.m. on Tuesday (September 25).
The victim, in his 30s, was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant A. Turner and Detective K. Elliott reported:
The victim was found fatally shot in the parking lot of an apartment complex at the above address. Witnesses reported seeing two black males fleeing the scene.
There is no known motive for the shooting.
