Investigation into Shooting at 2777 Woodland Park Drive
September 25, 2018 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of two men that occurred at 2777 Woodland Park Drive about 12:15 a.m. today (Sept. 25).
The victims, Keith Winston, 25, and Alahjawon Morton, 23, suffered gunshot wounds and were transported to area hospitals in stable condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers L. Kauffman and C. Bowling reported:
Officers responded to a shooting call at an apartment complex at the above address and learned the victims were en route to West Houston Medical Center. After arriving at the hospital, the men were transported to other area hospitals. Evidence indicates the shooting took place during a possible drug transaction.
