Suspect Arrested, Charged in Fatal Shooting at 4800 Earline
October 26, 2018 - Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the fatal shooting of a man that occurred at 4800 Earline around 6 p.m. on Monday (Oct. 22).
The suspect, Sean Dominic Trishall (b/m, 38), is charged with murder in the 248th State District Court. A photo of Trishall is not available at this time, pending further investigation.
The victim, Robert Charles Walker, 58, was transported to Lyndon Baines Johnson General Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives N. Sharp and C. Sharp reported:
Mr. Walker was standing in front of his residence when he was shot twice. A witness reported seeing a white four-door pickup truck leaving the scene.
Further investigation led to the identification of Sean Dominic Trishall as a suspect in this case and, on Thursday (Oct. 25), he was arrested without incident.
