October 16, 2018 - Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the fatal shooting of a man that occurred at 13350 Northborough at 7:10 p.m. on October 10.  

The suspect, Letousha Marshall (b/f, 43), is charged with murder in the 208th State District Court.  She is accused in the killing of Samuel Earl Edmon, 27, who died at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Detectives M. Barrow and J. Stroble reported:

Officers responded to a report of a shooting in the parking lot of the Canfield Apartments at the above address.  Mr. Edmon was found shot at least one time.  Several persons were interviewed at the scene and released. 

Further investigation and witness statements identified Marshall as the suspect in this case and she was arrested on Saturday (October 13) without incident.
