Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 1308 Enid Street
June 28, 2018 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 1308 Enid Street about 8:55 p.m. on Wednesday (June 27).
The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant K. Daignault and Detective K. Heaverlo reported:
Witnesses stated there was a disturbance earlier in the day between the victim and other residents at a home at the above address. Later in the evening, the victim and two other persons returned to the home. When the victim confronted the residents, he was shot multiple times. Paramedics transported the victim to Ben Taub General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The suspect(s) fled the scene before officers arrived at the residence.
