Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 7100 Elbert Street
June 7, 2018 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 7100 Elbert Street about 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday (June 6).
The identity of the victim, 19, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant T. Simmons and Detective E. Aguilera reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to Elbert Triangle Park at the above address after witnesses reported hearing gunshots in the area. Upon arrival, officers found the victim deceased.
At this time, there are no known suspects.
