Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 500 Rushcreek
July 30, 2018 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male at 500 Rushcreek Drive about 11:45 p.m. on Saturday (July 28).
The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives I. Ulloa and R. Blake reported:
Multiple people reported hearing gunshots in the area. Moments later, the property manager of an apartment complex near the above address discovered the victim lying next to a METRO bus stop. The unidentified male was pronounced dead at the scene by Houston Fire Department paramedics.
