Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 300 Carl Street
July 23, 2018 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male at 300 Carl Street about 4:10 a.m. on Sunday (July 22).
The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives M. Condon and G. Sullivan reported:
The victim was shot while sitting in the driver's seat of a stolen Chevrolet Suburban. After he was shot, the vehicle crashed into a fence.
While there is no known suspect(s) at this time, investigators stated the possible suspect(s) fled in a black sedan.
