Investigation into Shooting at 9530 Westheimer
January 10, 2017 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 9530 Westheimer about 2:55 p.m. on Tuesday (January 9).
The victim, 34, was transported to an area hospital.
HPD Homicide DIvision Detectives D. Crowder and J. Fay reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at a gas station parking lot at the above address and found the victim had gotten into a physical fight with a suspect. During the fight, the suspect shot the victim. He was transported by HFD paramedics to Ben Taub General Hospital and is expected to survive his wounds.
