Investigation into Shooting at 3902 Bellfort Street
Feburary 19, 2018 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of three men at 3902 Bellfort Street about 6:50 p.m. on Sunday (February 18).
The victims, Kermit Compton, 62, Gordon Davis, 18, and Devon Collins, 20, suffered gunshot wounds and were transported to area hospitals in unknown conditions.
HPD Major Assaults Unit Officers D. Nabors and R. Montalvo reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at a gas station at the above address and learned three males had been shot. Messrs Davis and Collins and another unknown male arrived in a Volvo sedan with bullet holes and ran into the gas station convenience store. Shortly after, a black 2015 or 2016 Chevrolet Malibu with black rims drove by the location and an unknown suspect fired several shots from inside the vehicle, toward the gas station. Davis was struck in the right leg and Collins was struck in the face. Compton, who was working as a cook at the gas station, suffered a gunshot wound to the chest.
