Investigation into Fatal Crash at 4300 West Little York Road
Feburary 15, 2018 - Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 4300 West Little York Road about 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday (February 14).
The identity of the male victim, 40, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant F. Briones and Officer D. Rodriguez reported:
The victim was operating an orange Suzuki GSX 1300 motorcycle westbound on West Little York Road. The driver of a red Toyota Rav4 was traveling southbound on Arbor Oak Lane, failed to yield right-of-way leaving a stop sign at the intersection of West Little York and was struck by the motorcycle. The victim died at the scene. The female driver of the Toyota, who remained at the scene, showed no immediate signs of intoxication.
No charges have been filed at this time, as the investigation is continuing.
