Investigation into Assault at 4704 Crawford Street
December 26, 2018 - Houston police are investigating the assault of a man that occurred at 4704 Crawford Street about 1:40 p.m. on Monday (Dec. 24).
The victim, 28, was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detectives C. Bowling and L. Kauffman reported:
Officers responded to a report of a person down in the 1600 block of Blodgett. Upon arrival, they were informed the victim had been transported to the hospital. Officers also found a trail of blood that led from the Blodgett location to a townhome at the above address. After obtaining a search warrant, they discovered evidence that indicated the shooting had taken place inside the townhome. There is no known suspect nor motive at this time.
