Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 1300 Crosstimbers
December 17, 2018 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 1300 Crosstimbers about 7:45 p.m. last Friday (December 14).
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives M. Barrow and J. Stroble reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at the above address and found the victim, who had been shot at least one time. He was pronounced deceased by Houston Fire Department paramedics.
Investigators learned that prior to the shooting, the victim was involved in an argument with the suspect, who is described only as a black male wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and white tennis shoes.
