Investigation into Shooting at 8515 Martin Luther King Boulevard
August 27, 2018 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 8515 Martin Luther King Boulevard about 8:05 p.m. on Sunday (August 26).
The victim, Albert York, 27, was transported to an area hospital where doctors stated he is expected to survive his wounds.
HPD Major Assaults and Family Violence Division Officers T. Ferraro and J. Russell reported:
Mr. York was participating in the filming of a music video in the street at the above address when he was shot in the stomach by an unknown suspect. He was transported by HFD paramedics to the hospital.
At this time, there is no known suspect or motive for the shooting.
