Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 10630 Beechnut
April 5, 2018 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 10630 Beechnut about 6:30 a.m. today.
The victim, Hermfilio Frances, 40, of the above address, was pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Casso reported:
Officers were dispatched to a shooting call at an apartment complex at the above address and were directed to an apartment with a front door damaged by gunfire. Officers went inside and found Mr. Frances lying on the floor. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced deceased inside his apartment.
At this time, there is no known motive or suspect(s) in the shooting.
