Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 10650 Hempstead
October 30, 2017 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of two men and wounding of another man found at 10650 Hempstead Highway about 3:50 p.m. on Saturday (October 28).
The identities of the two deceased males are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. A third male suffered gunshot wounds and was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital in an unknown condition.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives K. Elliott and M. Coleman reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a call for assistance from Houston Fire Department personnel at a motel at the above address and found two males with gunshot wounds inside of a room. One male was pronounced deceased while the other was transported to the hospital to be treated for his wounds. Soon after, a third victim, a male believed to be 60, was discovered in an adjacent room, also suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was also pronounced deceased.
At this time, there is no known motive nor suspect(s).
