Investigation into Shooting of Man at 2600 Westhollow Drive
October 27, 2017 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 2600 Westhollow Drive about 9:40 p.m. on Thursday (Oct. 26).
The victim, Octavia Fields, 27, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
HPD Major Assaults Unit Officers R. Watson and M. Barrow reported:
Mr. Fields and an unknown female friend went to an apartment at the above address. When they arrived at an entry way to an apartment, Fields was shot multiple times by an unknown suspect. He was then taken by private vehicle to the hospital.
