Update: Victim Identified in Fatal Shooting at 16192 Blue Ridge Drive
October 18, 2017 - Houston police have learned the identity of a woman found fatally shot at 16192 Blue Ridge Drive about 3 p.m. on October 8.
The woman, Cloatee Hubbard, 36, was pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant B. Thomas and Officer R. Moss reported:
An oil company employee discovered the victim, later identified as Ms. Hubbard aka “Lil’ Mo,” lying in a field at the above address and contacted authorities. Hubbard had been shot multiple times.
