Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 9200 Bissonnet
October 16, 2017 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of one man and the wounding of another at 9200 Bissonnet about 11:30 p.m. on Sunday (October 15).
The identity of the deceased male victim, 23, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives M. Cass and S. Overstreet reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at an apartment complex at the above address and found a male deceased in the parking lot. Several complex residents heard multiple gunshots and saw a red truck or SUV drive away from the area. A second shooting victim, 42, fled the scene and was found in a nearby apartment. He was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
At this time, there is no known motive nor suspect(s).
