UPDATE: Suspect Wanted, Charged In Fatal Shooting At 5243 Dumore

May 16, 2017 - Charges have been filed against a suspect wanted in the fatal shooting of a male at 5243 Dumore about 11:15 p.m. last Wednesday (May 10). 

The suspect, Paul Xavier Devonta Norris (b/m, 23), is charged with murder in the 176th State District Court.  He is accused in the killing of Darrius Lizcano, 20, of Houston.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant R. Rodriguez, Senior Police Officer M. Condon and Officers E. Aguilera and S. Jimenez reported: 

Mr. Lizcano was shot in the driveway of his residence.  He was transported by HFD paramedics to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased. 

Further investigation identified Norris as the suspect in this case and he was subsequently charged.
