Fatal Crash at 7400 West Hardy Road
March 8, 2017 - Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 7400 West Hardy Road about 1:20 a.m. today (March 8).
The identity of the male victim, 35, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crime Division Sergeant E. Fendia and Officer M. Rios reported:
The victim was driving a black Honda Accord southbound at the above address when, for unknown reasons, the vehicle left the roadway and struck a traffic light pole at the intersection with Crosstimbers. The Honda then spun off the light pole and struck a concrete wall. Paramedics pronounced the driver dead at the scene. There were no other persons inside the Honda.
The investigation is continuing.
