Investigation into Skeletal Remains Found at 610 Allston
March 6, 2017 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results on skeletal remains found at 610 Allston about 3:15 p.m. on Saturday (March 4).
The victim's identity and cause of death are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Officer T. Fay reported:
HPD patrol officers were called to the above address after skeletal remains were discovered in a crawlspace. After observing what appeared to be human remains, HPD homicide investigators were called to the scene. An interior wall was torn open in order to access the remains and transport them to the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences for analysis.
