July 25, 2017 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 1201 Gillette about 6:25 p.m. on Sunday (July 23).

The victim, Tremayne Givens, 35, was pronounced dead at Ben Taub General Hospital.

HPD Homicide Division Officers D. Williamson and K. Ferguson reported:

Officers arrived to a shooting call at the above address and found Mr. Givens on the ground with apparent gunshot wounds.  Paramedics transported Givens to the hospital where he later died.

There are no known witnesses or suspect(s) at this time.
