July 14, 2017 - Houston police have arrested two suspects and are seeking a third suspect charged in the fatal shooting of a man that occurred at 8926 Gulf Freeway (South Interstate Highway 45) at 2:30 a.m. on February 17.

Milton Carlos Segura (H/m, 35) is charged with murder in the 182nd State District Court.  Eleazar Leon (H/m, 26) and Priscilla Ashley Castellano (H/m, 27) are both charged with tampering with evidence in the 182nd State District Court.  Segura is currently in the custody of federal authorities in Louisiana.  Leon remains in the Harris County Jail, while Castellano is wanted and remains at large.

All three are accused in the death of Brandon P. Lancelin, 31, who suffered multiple gunshot wounds.

HPD Homicide Division Senior Police Officer M. Waters II and La Marque Police Department Lt. C. Waggoner and Detective H. Walton reported:

At about 6:30 a.m. on February 17, La Marque police officers and fire fighters responded to a report of a car fire at 5600 Mitchell Lane.  When officers arrived, they found the vehicle, a red Ford Explorer, fully engulfed in flames.  Closer examination revealed a body (Mr. Lancelin) in the back seat.  A subsequent investigation by La Marque PD identified the victim and vehicle as belonging to Lancelin.

Further investigation revealed the homicide occurred at the Erotic City nightclub at 8926 Gulf Freeway and the HPD Homicide Division joined the investigation. 

The investigation led to the identification of Segura as a suspect in this case.  He confessed to his role in the shooting and identified Leon and Castellano for their roles.
