Investigation into Stabbing at 3519 South Shepherd Drive
December 28, 2017 - Houston police are investigating the stabbing of a man that occurred at 3519 South Shepherd Drive about 11:40 a.m. on Wednesday (Dec. 27).
The victim, Kirk Patrick Carter, 54, suffered a stab wound to the cheek and was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital in critical condition.
HPD Homicide Division Officers S. Ragsdale and R. Naughton reported:
Mr. Carter and another man began arguing in the parking lot at the above address. During the argument, the suspect stabbed Carter.
The suspect is described only as a black male known as "Quincy." He fled the scene in an older model 1980 to 1990 gray Chevrolet pickup truck.
