Investigation into Stabbing at 11402 North Freeway
December 21, 2017 - Houston police are investigating the stabbing of a man that occurred at 11402 North Freeway (North Interstate Highway 45) about 12:45 a.m. today (Dec. 21).
The victim, Aider Obregon, 38, was transported to Houston Northwest Medical Center in stable condition.
HPD Major Assaults Unit Officers M. Barrow and R. Montalvo reported:
Mr. Obregon was at a restaurant at the above address with other individuals, including the suspect, when he exited the restaurant and engaged in a verbal altercation with the suspect. The suspect then grabbed a knife from his vehicle and stabbed Obregon in his right arm. Obregon suffered a severe laceration. The suspect, described only as a Hispanic male in his 20s, then fled the scene driving a silver Chevrolet Cruz.
