Investigation into Fatal Crash at 10600 Homestead

August 14, 2017 - Houston police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred at 10600 Homestead about 5:15 p.m. on Saturday (Aug. 12).

The male victim was transported to Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant L. Ross and Officer O. Bledsoe reported:

The driver of a red Cadillac SRX SUV was stopped in a northbound lane of traffic at the above address when she was struck by a red Hummer H3 whose driver failed to control speed.  The driver of the Cadillac was seriously injured.  The Cadillac’s passenger was pronounced deceased at the hospital.

The investigation is continuing.
