Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 3426 Sparrow
September 12, 2016 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 3426 Sparrow about 6:50 p.m. on Saturday (September 10).
The victim, Kevin Roman, 39, of the above address, suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Officers M. Dykens and T. Fay reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a welfare check call at the above address. Upon entering the residence, the officers found Mr. Roman deceased. Further investigation determined Roman's gray Jeep Grand Cherokee was missing. It has Texas licence plate number FPS-4712.
