Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 12600 Dunlap
September 12, 2016 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male at 12600 Dunlap about 6 p.m. on Sunday (September 11).
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Officers K. Fregia and K. Ferguson reported:
The victim got into an altercation in the parking lot of the Pines of Westbury Apartments at the above address. Witnesses reported hearing several gunshots and then saw the victim run through the complex before he collapsed on a sidewalk in the complex. Houston Fire Department paramedics arrived and pronounced him deceased.
At this time, there is no known suspect(s).
