Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 5920 Bellaire
September 6, 2016 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of one man and the wounding of another at 5920 Bellaire that occurred at 6 a.m. on Monday (Sept. 5).
The victims, both 27 years of age, were transported to Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital where one was later pronounced dead. The identity of the deceased male is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Senior Police Officer M. Condon and Officer D. Stark reported:
Officers responded to a shooting call at the Sol Billares Club located at the above address. Officers were told two men were shot while in the parking lot and then transported by a citizen to the hospital.
The is no known motive nor suspect(s) at this time.
