Investigation into Man Found Deceased at 10280 Windmill Lakes
September 1, 2016 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a man found at 10280 Windmill Lakes about 4:45 a.m. today (Sept. 1).
The victim, Gordon Scott Blocker, 42, was pronounced dead at the scene. His cause of death is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant H. Garcia and Officer K. McDonald reported:
A jogger along the lake at the above address observed Mr. Blocker floating in the water and called authorities. HPD Dive Team officers recovered the body. A preliminary investigation indicated no obvious signs of foul play.
