Investigation into Shooting Incident at 13700 South Post Oak Boulevard
October 18, 2016 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man that occurred at 13700 South Post Oak Boulevard about 11:10 p.m. on Sunday (Oct. 16).
The victim, Luis Alberto Diaz, 22, was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital in critical condition.
HPD Homicide Division Officer R. Moss and T. Jackson reported:
While travelling southbound at the above address, Mr. Diaz's vehicle was fired upon by someone in a white Scion sedan. Diaz and the occupant(s) of the Scion may have been involved in a road rage incident prior to the shooting. Diaz was home on leave from the U.S. Army at the time of the incident.
