Investigation into Fatal Crash at 7347 West Hardy Road
October 17, 2016 - Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 7347 West Hardy Road about 10:25 p.m. on Sunday (Oct. 16).
The male victim was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant A. Thomas and Officer R. Bymaster reported:
The victim was driving a black Nissan 350Z at a high rate of speed southbound at the above address. As he drove beneath an overpass, he lost control of the vehicle, left the roadway, and struck a concrete pillar. No other vehicles or individuals were involved in this incident.
The investigation is continuing.
