Fatal Crash at 5200 North Braeswood
November 28, 2016 - A man critically injured in a crash at 5200 North Braeswood about 3:05 p.m. on November 17 has died from his injuries.
The victim, Alfred L. Doss, Jr., 43, died at Ben Taub General Hospital last Friday (Nov. 25).
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant J. Salazar and Officer C. Cisneros reported:
The female driver of a gray Jeep was traveling southbound on Ferris and approached the stop sign at North Braeswood. Mr. Doss was operating a black Harley Davidson motorcycle and traveling west on North Braeswood. The driver of the Jeep failed to yield at the stop sign and struck the motorcycle. Paramedics transported Doss to Ben Taub General Hospital in critical condition. The driver of the Jeep did not show any signs of intoxication. No charges have been filed at this time as the investigation continues.
