Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 9800 Bissonnet
May 27, 2016 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 9800 Bissonnet about 4:20 a.m. on Thursday (May 26).
The victim, Mason Alexander Pope, 23, of Houston, was pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant W. Elsbury and Officer K. Elliott reported:
Officers were dispatched to a shooting call at the above address and observed HFD paramedics treating the victim for multiple gunshot wounds.
At this time, there are no known witnesses or suspects in the incident.
